Claudia Gafner-Rojas advises and represents private individuals in complex family law and inheritance law matters with an international dimension.

A particular focus of her work lies in cross-border family situations, especially in the areas of surrogacy, recognition of children, international marriages, divorces, as well as international estate planning and inheritance disputes. In addition, she assists clients with selected issues of international real estate law.
